We are so excited to offer this year’s VBS – God’s Amazing Race – The Race of Faith!

• Who?   4 yrs old through 5th grade
• When?  June 27 – July 1, 2011
• Time?  9:00 a.m. – noon

We have a one-of-a-kind, home-grown VBS geared not just to teaching the children, but getting them excited about God’s Truth.  We will follow the life of Paul and learn why Jesus is important and how to live a godly life.  In addition to learning God’s Word and how to apply it, we will have high powered music, dynamic drama, fun recreation, creative crafts, yummy snacks and, of course, some race fun!!

To register, you can fill out a form at the church OR call the church office at 813 949 7496.

Each age group is going to be a race team.  The grade placement is based on what grade he/she just finished.  We will be encouraging the students to accessorize with their assigned team color.  We can’t wait to see how creative they will get.  Here are the colors:

• Preschool - silver

• Kindergarten - purple

• 1st grade - yellow

• 2nd grade - green

• 3rd  grade - red

• 4th grade - orange

• 5th grade - blue

There will be T-shirts for sale during VBS.  Lastly, our missions collection project will support Homeless Ministry.  More information will be given during VBS.
